The same item can have a different value in every market. A useful comparison identifies the exact item, separates buys from sells and checks whether the observation is still executable.
A price needs context

A sell order is the seller's asking price; a buy order is a buyer's bid. The spread is not automatic profit.

Albion markets are local. Compare within the selected server and keep the city attached to every price.
